We currently have a delivery charge of £6.00 for any orders under the value of £150. Free delivery for any orders above £150.
You orders will, under normal circumstances, be sent out within 48 hrs and we aim to have your order delivered within 2-3 working days.
At the moment, we are only able to deliver within the UK.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN
Should delivery exceed 14 days, you have the right to cancel your order and claim a full refund.

A full refund will be returned through PayPal once the goods are returned to Konstsmide UK, unused and its original packaging within 14 days.
COMPLAINTS
If you have discovered a defect in a product and wish to complain about it, please contact customer service at info@konstsmide.co.uk with a description of the defect and a picture, and we will contact you for further action. Before returning, please download and fill in the reason for the return on the form that you can download here.
